I discovered my 10 gallon Igloo is too large for anything other than higher gravity 5 gallon brews. Grain bed to shallow and clear wort is an issue. So, just got a 5 gallon Igloo. Looking around, seems the standard size false bottom, including the one from the store where I work, is 9" - but the diameter of the Igloo is about 10.25". Even with a hi-temp or other gasket around the FB, that seems to be an improper fit. Anyone?
