Used 5 cans of room temp concentrate for wine, instead of 4. What affects will that have on my wine

So nothing bad. I posted last night cuz fermentaion didnt kick off quick. This morning it is kicking like a mule

The only difference is a little thicker wine and higher ABV by about 2.5% give or take a little.

Alright. I used lavlin ec-1118, so it should be able to handle the abv

Heck I only get a gravity of around 1.082ish if I remember correctly with 4 cans. So you are still no where near needing a champagne yeast for this. Any wine yeast should handle your gravity and take it dry.

Im just a fan lf that strain of yeast. Its done everything i have ever asked it.
