I've been looking at this CSB structure for alittle bit now, and am curious if anyone knows if this type of business model is allowed in the State of Florida? I understand that we are under the 3 tier system, but I'm hoping that a CSB would be legal for tap room only serving. We would not be looking to distribute, bottle, can, etc. Our short term goal is to open up a brewery with an attached tap room, and serve only from there via pints and growlers.
