Comments on Hoppy APA attempt?

This is close to my first all-grain, but a little extract for insurance (and i have extra). Im trying for a very drinkable hoppy APA. Any thoughts or suggestions?

0.50 oz Simcoe [12.00%] (60 min) Hops 24.4 IBU
0.50 oz Simcoe [12.00%] (15 min) Hops 6.5 IBU
0.50 oz Simcoe [13.00%] (10 min) Hops 5.3 IBU
0.50 oz Simcoe [12.00%] (5 min) Hops 4.1 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50%] (0 min) Hops -

1 Pkgs California Ale (White Labs #WLP001) [Starter 35 ml] Yeast-Ale

Mashing at 155, for 60 minutes. Batch Sparge.

Beer Profile

Est Original Gravity: 1.053 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.012 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 5.4 %
Bitterness: 40.3 IBU
Est Color: 10.5 SRM
 
Personally, I wouldn't mix the base malts just stick with one. That's just me. You might be pushing the malt profile a bit with a full lb. of crystal and a full lb. of Vienna. Hops profile looks good, maybe consider some of the Cascade in as part of your flavor addition as well (keeping the total amount of hops the same).

OK, ill cut the crystal in half.

I just wanted to add the wheat because i have it, and for head retention.

Ill switch to all Maris too; I was sure about mixing.
