Plan to brew a Cold Smoke Scotch ale clone on Monday. I have never actually drank it before but everyone from Montana seems to love the stuff, so thought I would give it a try.
Any thoughts on Nottingham vs. S-33 (or any other yeast). Would prefer to stick with dry yeast.
