Does anyone have alternate suggestions for cold crashing a fermenter? I like to do it in my kegerator, however, I already have keg on tap and can't fit my fermenter. What are some other methods I could use to cold crash prior to kegging?

I have been considering an ice water bath in a big garbage can. Where I am at, it is still pretty cold so I am hoping I don't have to go through too much ice. Using the ice water will make sure I don't have the beer go through the daily temp swings and keep the beer near 32.
