Hi all,

I have some beer ready to be bottled but I would like it to clear up and was planning on cold crashing it. i have never cold crashed before so I have a few questions.

How long do I cold crash for?

Is putting in my regular kitchen fridge good enough?

Since I am bottling, do I need to worry about not having enough active yeast for carbonation in the bottles?

Thanks,

Bruce
