Is there any reason I should need to bring my beer up to room temp before bottling? Just curious as I am cold crashing right now and plan on bottling maybe today or.tomorrow and wasnt sure if this matters or not.

no.. bottle it cold.. then set the bottles in a warm ( 70 degree) spot..3 weeks or so later enjoy.

I haven't bothered doing that, although I've read that some people do. In my experience, it's not needed. I like bottling when it's cold because the sample that I take at that time tastes better. :)

Seriously though, just bottle cold and store at room temperature as normal.

Haha funny you say that, i just finished bottling and took more than one sample. Definitely more enjoyable than a room temp sip. My dry hopped brown ale tastes pretty cool, kind of a piney hop flavor with a mild nose. Cant wait to see where its at in a few weeks!
