Im new to wine making let's start with that
I was told that with white wine it's best to cold crash, long story short I did not set up my temp controller properly and I froze my 5 gallon carboy, wasn't planning to freeze distill.
My question is when ever it thaws out will it still be good to drink.?

The wine will be fine. The biggest risks to wine are oxidation and spoilage, so keep up with your sulfites and minimize exposure to air. Keep in mind that liquids will absorb gas more easily when cold, so you should let the wine warm up to room temp before racking it.

Had you added the sorbate and sulfites before cold crashing it? If so then you are already cold stabilized now too. I've intentionally frozen my smaller batches in a chest freezer and last month let mother nature turn a tank into a wine slushy during cold stabilization after a couple days outside at 13'F.
