I have almost 30 gallons ready to keg and do not have enough CO2 line for all.

Question is if I prime in the keg for natural carbonation will the cold crashing leave me enough yeast? If I cold crash for 7 days at 35 do I let it warm up before kegging it?

Thanks

Yup. You'll have plenty of yeast. No need to warm it up before packaging - just be sure to let it carb at room temp and you'll be fine!
