Guys,

Work is crazy right now and I didn't get to bottle my Black IPA that I have been cold crashing for 2 days now. Problem is I leave for a business trip tomorrow am and won't be back for a week. Any ill effects from keeping the fermenter in the fridge another week before I bottle? Should I take it out?

Oh, and I dry hopped with an oz of pellet hops 6 days ago...does that change anything? Thanks. Ron

If its refrigerated it'll be fine. It will give more time for the yeast to drop out of suspension and clarify, although clarity isn't a great deal with black beers
