I put together a new recipe tweaking my Oatmeal Stout with coffee malt instead of my usual chocolate malt.
7.5 gal. batch
9lb Dry dark malt extract
1.5lb Flaked oats
1lb Rosted Barley
.5lb Coffee malt
2 oz. Northern Brewers hops@ 60 min.
1 pkg Nottinghams
Anyone used coffee malt before?
