Has anyone added coffee to a chocolate milk stout? It sounds delicious, I was just wondering what brand of coffee has been tried and how it turned out?
 
I am brewing one tomorrow! I am, however, using coffee that a fellow brewer is roasting for me to add to the secondary. Doubt that helps, but will let you know how it turns out!
 
Your roasting it ahead of time and adding liquid coffee? I didn't think of that, I was going to take grounds and put them in a cheese cloth sock and just drop it in the secondary. The liquid coffee sounds easier, but the grounds could be a little stronger, I'll have to think about that.
