Have an upcoming brew and I'm doing my best at recreating Last Snow (using a recipe I found on here actually, as well as some other advice). I'm going to use toasted coconut in the secondary, as well as a coconut extract in the boil. A couple things I haven't been able to pinpoint...
1) Does anyone have a recommendation on a coconut extract to use?
2) How much extract should be used and at what point in the boil?
3) Assuming using fresh coconut and toasting it (for the secondary) is best. Any advice on the toasting?
