So I'm still relatively new to brewing so this is a malt extract but here you go.

It's a partial mash

Steeping Grains
1/2 lbs Briess Caramel 80
1/2 lbs Briess Victory

Fermentables
7lbs Briess Golden Light LME
1 lbs Munich LME

Hops
1Oz Cascade (60 min)
1Oz Mt.hood (10 min)
1Oz Cascade (0 Min)

Yeast US-05

5Oz Sriacha
8Oz Honey

I added two ounces of sriacha at 10 mins in the boil. I added the Honey at high krausen. The last three ounces of Sriacha I added at secondary.

I'm pretty excited about this one. It's got some great characteristics, nice low spiciness and a pretty high alcohol amount (for a noob).
