Redwood Fire Extinguisher Service has been refilling my tank. He doesn't have a pump yet so only gets about 3/4 full but it lets me keep my lighter aluminum tank that looks decent sitting outside the fridge.
He is not cheap... but that might change if he gets more volume going from beer brewers. I will need a refill in June so I will see if he is setup better with a pump at that time.
Otherwise there is nobody local doing CO2 refills, even exchanges are hard to find!
