I was running CO2 to 4 corny's in a rolling kegerator. I unhooked them and left them in the kegerator overnight and they were sitting in water. Water got into the tubing and QD's.

I drained the water out of the line as best I could without taking everything apart.

Is this going to be a sanitization issue when I go to use this kegerator again?

In the c02 lines? I can't imagine how water got into the c02 lines, and hopefully didn't ruin the regulator, but no. Water isn't going to hurt lines.

Nothing can grow in a 100% c02 environment, but you could always just sanitize them before using if you're concerned. The QDs are easy to take apart and sanitize.

The line was disconnected from the regulator and I left it sitting in the kegerator full of melted and solid ice until the next day. It was submerged and the water got in through the line that had been connected to the regulator.

Lesson learned for sure.

I drained it and hung it to dry but I doubt it will completely dry with the QD's still connected.

I can't believe I just realized I can unscrew the QD's from the swivel connector's.... DUH!!!

So letting the hose dry out and just cleaning/sanitizing the QD's is good enough?

Let the lines dry completely, and then hook them back up. Once you pressurize the lines, everything will get purged anyway.

RDWHAHB.

Pressurize them into an empty keg, maybe?

I'm concerned with nasty' getting into the beer when the line purges.

If it were me, I'd run some star san in them just for peace of mind. Either drip it into the end of the tubing or even better, remove from the regulator before doing it. I'd also take apart the QDs and rinse and Star-San them. It's a 20-minute job. Maybe.
