I want to clarify my batch by gelatin or isinglass in 5 degrees centigrade, does this action kills the yeast? i think after this action carbonation process (with sugar in bottles) will not work? is it true or no if it is what is the solution?

No, this will not kill the yeast, it will just reduce how much is left in the beer. You can still carbonate in bottles, but it may take a bit longer than usual.
