I'm looking to make a light beer with a lemon twist. I have been brewing with extract. How should I go about getting lemon flavor in my beer?

I have some lemon come through with Sorachi Ace hops. You could give that a try

That sounds good. I would be very interested to hear what you do and how it comes out. I had a lemon flavored beer a long time ago at a beer tasting event in Atlanta (1996). I forget the name of the company - they don't carry it anymore unfortunately. I really liked it but it was hard to find; probably not too popular.

Lemon zest and/ or add a jug of simply lemonade to the fermentation.

Hmm. Thanks for the replies. Someone told me to boil lemongrass that's been chopped up. I'll let you guys know what I decide to do and how it turns out.
