Looking for some feedback on a Cinnamon Honey Brown that we're brewing this weekend.

OG: 1.062
Est FG: 1.016
Color: 20.3 SRM

Grain:
Maris Otter 9lbs
Crystal 120 1lb
Crystal 60 .5lbs
Special Roast .5lbs
Honey Malt .25lbs
Pale Choco .25lbs

Hops:
Willamette 1oz at 60, 1oz at 15

Other:
Cinnamon Sticks 1oz at 5, 1oz in secondary
Whirlfloc 1tb

Yeast:
Wyeast 1968 London ESB

I have a few questions around the honey malt and the dosing of cinnamon. I know honey malt is quite potent, so how much is too much? And as for the cinnamon, is 2oz too much or too little. I'm not looking for overpowering cinnamon here. Any other feedback is welcome too.

Wondering how this turned out... I'm considering adding a couple cinnamon sticks to my honey brown for a Christmas twist. Any feedback would be appreciated.

It turned out pretty great. If you use a fresh cinnamon stick monitor it closely, too long and it can be overwhelming. I only let mine sit in there for a few days before I bottled.
