Its hard to tell.... the label for Outskirts showed up at the end of November and we just received the beer, Lacto Black Currant label at the beginning of January and was released a couple weeks ago.... seems a bit too soon. My bet would either be DB Huna or Hapax Legomenin?

Hell we saw Opal's label in June, and obviously they're all in barrels for different amounts of time but still..

Good lord. I don't know which one I covet more. These give me a total beer-boner. I'd be happy with any of these as the last bottle and am hopeful that the other two would be in Round 4.
This.

From El Catador Club FB page:

It seems clear they are spacing releases every two weeks (bottle 1/El Cat signups on 2/21, bottle 2 on 3/7, bottle 3 on 3/21, bottle 4 on 4/4), so assuming the pattern continues, the final bottle will be released on 4/18.

then all of a sudden, a month goes by, classic catador

The 5th and final bottle in El Catador Club 3rd Edition is now available for pick-up:

Decoherence.

Decoherence is a 50/50 blend of two distinct beers: an imperial porter aged in bourbon barrels (Outskirts), and an imperial stout aged in brandy barrels (brewed only for this beer). Then, because we like to have fun, we aged it on coffee and coconut.

The coffee blend for this beer was crafted by our brewmaster Wayne with our friends at Buddy Brew. Wayne wanted the blend to focus on rich chocolate notes to help accentuate the coconut.

We used what can only be described as a “very large” amount of toasted coconut for this beer.

We consulted some of our brewery friends in the industry and spent months in our lab dosing the proper amounts to ensure the final result was perfect.

Decoherence weighs in at a modest 12.9% ABV and is available for pick-up now in the tasting room. This is the 5th and final bottle in the 3rd edition of El Catador Club. The last day to pick up all of your bottles and glass is Thursday, June 30th at 11:00pm. This also marks the end of your ability to use your El Catador Club discount.

NOTE: We highly recommend drinking Decoherence within 90 days. The prominent coconut flavor will fade quickly, so don't cellar this beer too long.

The Renewal Period

Existing El Catador Club members have 30 days to renew their membership. The renewal period ends 11:59PM on Thursday, June 30th.

Very little will be changing in the 4th Edition of El Catador Club, with one notable exception:

existing members have the option to purchase a 2 bottle allotment membership.

Every 2 bottle allotment member of El Catador Club 4th Edition will be receiving 2 bottles of 5 barrel-aged beers, as determined by CCB.

These 2 bottle allotment memberships are $300 plus tax. 1 bottle allotments are also available at $150 plus tax. New members to the 4th Edition of El Catador Club will not have the option to purchase a 2 bottle allotment.

Both 1 bottle and 2 bottle members will still receive a 10% discount in the tasting room and a special glass.

NOTE: there is no timeline for when the 4th Edition of El Catador Club officially begins. Please note that you will not be able to use your El Catador Club discount between the end of the 3rd Edition and the beginning of the 4th Edition.

There's also another bottle available for purchase for El Cat members:

“Hapax Legomenon” refers to a word or form that occurs only once in a document. And often, it is a word that you’ll find only one time in an author’s entire oeuvre. For example, Shakespeare used the word “satyr” exactly once in all of his writings.

Hapax Legomenon began as a Belgian-style Tripel brewed with rice and aged in gin barrels. Before they became gin barrels, these barrels were used to age bourbon, giving the final beer a unique quality.

After some time in barrels, we blended in some American Grapefruit Sour Ale. The strong grapefruit character from this beer plus the spice from the gin helps to create an interesting “gin and juice” feel.

When it’s all said and done, we think we can safely say that this will be the only occurrence of a gin barrel-aged Belgian-style Rice Tripel blended with an American Grapefruit Sour Ale to be found in our oeuvre.

Hapax Legomenon is 9.4% ABV and is first available for purchase online to El Catador Club members for a period of one week. Any bottles that remain after this period ends will go on sale to the general public in the tasting room. Due to low yield, Hapax Legomenon is NOT a guaranteed El Catador Club bottle.

NOTE: once purchased, your bottle will not be available for pick-up until the order has been processed by CCB. You'll receive an email notification within 24 hours after purchasing indicating that the bottle is ready for pick-up.

Just saw on ECC's FB page:

4th edition El Catador members will not have guaranteed access to a Huna day ticket. gunhaver - subject to change or set in stone? I would think this is a pretty heavy deviation from the previous years not mentioned in the emails.

I would imagine this would be a factor in people renewing/signing up since it was a pretty fantastic perk.

My guess is that CCB likely has plans to finish up El Cat 4 before Huna Day tix would be available.

I wouldn't be surprised if round 4 ends before the end of 2016 based on how quickly round 3 moved. No reason to include Huna tickets if they are hoping to have round 4 over with and possibly round 5 going for the next Huna Day.

EDIT - johnyb beat me to it
