Great post, thanks hooper!

I have some great local cider fermenting right now. No sugars added. Use safale 04.

What will happen if I take the same steps as I use for brewing? I've never done a sparking cider, and I was going to try and bottle after 21 days, prime, and let bottle condition a month.

Is this a bad idea?

If it's finished, and clear, you could do that. It will be dry, and tart, and carbonated.
