Hello everybody,

For celebrating Xmas this year together with some friends, I decided to brew a beer they all will enjoy.

My friends enjoy Belgian beer, and especiall Tripels, Saisons and even Belgian IPAs, so we decided upon brewing a Belgian IPA of sorts.

I have the grainbill and the yeast I want to use, but I am really not sure whether to dry hop it like a regular IPA.

I had another thread regarding my first saison, which I planned on dry hopping heavily, but decided not to upon requestin advice from you guys, and it was great. ( used Wyeast 3726 )

Now I want to brew a hoppy Belgian IPA using SafAle BE-134 and Brewferm Blanche wit yeast ( also dry ).

The recipe can be seen here: https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/561175/hybrid-saison

I decided upon Amarillo and Styrian Dragon ( EXP. 105/220 - not much info, but someone made a smash here: [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4h_Ke2gjWk[/ame] ) for dry hopping.

I am unsure whether it is too much or too little. I am planning this to be an IPA, actually a Double IPA and I want hop presence.

Any advice or experience you would like to share, I will be greatful.

PS: I think 10 oz might be pushing it, but I have the hops and I purchased them cheap, so I would not mind it using it. :rockin:
