I don't make wine, but I had a fantastic one... It was from somewhere in western NY/Lake Erie area... It was a Concord base and just had this nice fuzzy chocolate aroma and taste to it... I don't have the bottle anymore so I don't remember who made it. It was awesome though...

The sweet Concord went very well with the chocolate.
 
Inferno, I found out that you have to add an active yeast to this, and it took 3 days for it to finally take off and start fermenting..but its been in the primary now for 5 days and doing very well!! Getting ready to airlock it this weekend. Please keep me posted on how yours turns out.
