Chocolate Wheat

I was thinking I was going to get some red wheat but then opted
for the chocolate wheat. I got 6 lbs. but reading some recipes
it says that usually one pound is used. What if I use 4-6 lbs.
of chocolate wheat with maybe some caramunich and or crystal
and some two row for the rest??? Any thoughts? I also have dried wild blackberries from last summer I want to use with this brew.

Chocolate wheat is a "chocolaty" as chocolate barley. One pound per 5-gallon is really the max in my book.
