Mash 154F - 60 min or longer
Pale 2-Row - 23.50 lbs
Chocolate Malt - 1.50 lbs
Roasted Barley - 1.25 lbs
Crystal 60 Malt - 1.25 lbs
Special B Malt - .50 lbs
Gives me about 1.070 OG
Hops
Magnum 14%AA - 2 oz - 60 minutes
I have done this and one carboy with a vanilla bean &
one carboy with toasted coconut
both were good but very different,
add coco nibs or coco powder in there for more chocolate favor
USE a clean yeast if you want to taste the vanilla - WLP-001 w/ nice starter
