When I first got into all grain I brewed this beer. It turned out fantastic. It's been a while since I've brewed this but I'm going to brew again. I use Bru n water and adjust my water profile now. I used my tap water for this beer though. My gut tells me to do the same but I'm thinking of building water . This was my report . Report was from a couple years ago. I'm thinking that this water is good for stouts .
