I want to try to brew a chocolate oatmeal milk stout. I have been unsuccessful in finding a recipe. I was going to use the recipe from Northern Brewer "Chocolate Milk Stout" available under the "Additional Information" tab. http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/chocolate-milk-stout-all-grain-kit.html
How much oatmeal would I want to add?
How would I want to change the Sacch rest time/temp?
