Cultured this up from Chimay Red bottle dregs. The yeast appear to be coaggulating on the surface rather than on the bottom. (see attachment) Smells OK just looks weird. Keep building this one up or dump it?

Are you using a stir plate and/or did you aerate the wort? If so, that may be the issue. It looks like the start of a pellicle.
