I really like a homemade chicken pot pie. Comfort food for a cold day.
Along the lines of a pot pie I recently experimented and baked a cheeseburger pot pie. Ground beef, a splash of worcestershire sauce, cheese, diced onion, diced pickle. It turned out quite good.
