I've got a bunch of chickens that I keep for eggs. Would the manure from their coop be good for Hops?

Thanks!

Mike

Chicken manure is the bomb! Great stuff for gardens. I can be a bit "hot" for veggies, but I haven't had any issues with hops. We put hay down in our coop, so I'll typically combine free manure and hay and place it on top of my hop mounds. As it rains the manure seeps through and provides continual nutrients. Best hop (and tomato!) yields I've had are with CM.

Great, thanks! I was going that would be the case. I use straw in their coop too.
