I've been brewing for about 3 months now, and I'm on batch #12. I have been getting info from books, local brew stores, and other web sites, but I decided its time top get my questions out to more people. I have already found many answers to many questions on this site!

I look forward to getting very serious about brewing and hope you can answer all my absurd questions.

First of all: if energy equals mass times the speed of light squared (e=mc2.) Then if you can slow down energy to the square root of the speed of light will you create new mass?
