Hello everyone! First time brewer lucky to live in a city full of brew culture here. Looking forward to tasting my first 2 batches in a month or so. Thanks to everyone on this forum as I've been reading quite a bit over the last week and am thankful to have such a wonderful resource to visit and so many experienced brewers to offer their guidance!

I can't believe I ever decided to move away from Aville. Lived there before the beer scene there really exploded ('08). Went there this summer and wow as it changed.

No doubt, I think we had 10 new breweries open in the past year. It's really catching some traction here with App State and AB Tech adding brewery science as a course of study. Had a great behind the scenes tour of SierraNevada a couple of weeks ago. Unbelievable!
