Chardonnay Style Homemade Wine? Any suggestions?

Any thoughts out there for an EASY recipe?

My SWMBO doesn't like anything I make, and I am too lazy to make anything harder than apfelwein. I there a SUPER EASY recipe for a dry as hell white wine?

Well, nothing tastes like chardonnay, except for wines made with chardonnay style grapes.

If you just want a simple dry white wine, though, you could use Welch's 100% Niagara grape juice. It's not bad, and you may really enjoy it.

Purple or white, it doesn't matter. Just make sure it's 100% juice, not a "cocktail".
