No short notice. Been on the website for a at least two weeks.

Last release was actually great. I was able to go the day after the release and get four bottles. Other releases (Double Dobis) have sold out by early evening.
Ah ok, I didn't see anything about it on their social media, probably just missed it.

any future plans for cans/crowlers from cellarmaker? Loved their brews when i visited a few weeks back. Figure with the push to the can format maybe they would go that route at some point.

haha.. yeah i know that the crowd swells can form once cans are introduced to an already busy brewery.. just a better format for hops imo then bottles

Yeah, the people in LA and Orange County beg to differ (see: people camping out for 12 hours to get 12 cans of Monkish IPA).
Hence my parenthetical about NorCal ;). 12 hours for anything is batshit, but especially dumb for beers that need to be consumed within a few weeks.

Did GOML sell out yesterday? Have a pal working in the area but dont want to send him on a fools errand (nb4 "its a fools errand either way")

Agreed, but I like that lining up for cans is not a thing in CA (at least not in NorCal) and I'd just as soon keep it that way.

yeah i can understand that! lines do suck pretty hard... it'll happen soon enough in every major city i'd imagine.. everybody has to have their tradehouse equivalent

Went to Cellarmaker tonight, lucked onto a no-line release. I bought two.

EDIT: I see it was released yesterday. Even better.
Their pattern has been the first Tuesday* of the month, Theodore Brosevelt

*the first of the month part could be wrong, but I know a number of them have been and it's only ever been Tuesdays.**

**except maybe that first saison. Can't remember what day of the week that was

I noticed on their website that they will be closed January 2nd to the 6th for renovations. Anyone have any idea what they're planning on doing?
