I’m selling my Catalyst fermenter. It’s in perfect condition. Never fermented any sours in it. I’ve probably used it 10-12 times. I got a stainless steel fermenter for Christmas and trying to minimize the amount of gear I have.
This design is great for harvesting yeast as you may have read. It has the sampling port/valve installed, which makes transferring to a keg or bottling super easy.
