I recently purchased a Traditional Harry Mason Beer Engine ().
I want to make cask ale but obviously want the beer to sit on the yeast as this video shows (). No real questions but has anyone tried this and have comments/pros/cons about it?
I am aware of the short life of the beer and everything else on (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cask_ale#Preparation_for_drinking).
