I've heard that here in Utah the Bayou serves "firkins on fridays" or something. Have you ever tried that? I'd love to get down there. I have a dream of opening an all cask ale bar in Utah. Not very realistic but still a fun dream?

I think that the Bayou always has cask ale, though maybe it is special price on Fridays.

Also, Desert Edge and McCool's always have cask available.
