Members could buy 3 bottles online before the release.
Troy said there was enough beer for 200+ people at the release (lets call it 250 people).

Balaton should be around 300. 90 for members, 90 for online sales to members (1 per), and ~100 at the release (1 per).

Blackberry should be around 200. 90 for members, No online sales, and ~100 at the release (1 per).

Agreed. But regardless, even if members didn't max out, there are still that many bottles in existance. And I'd assume he'd just sell more at the release.

I'm just joking, you should definitely make it to a release, its a good time in a really cool spot. It was just crazy how many people traveled to the last release from out of state.

Maybe this round. Me thinks the high bottle count last weekend was solely due to the anniversary party and an expected big ass turnout due to vacationers being in town.

EDIT: Also no Fruitstands we're released as a result so I think the high bottle count won't be a normal thing.

There was a Facebook post a while back about "large" batches of Apricot Cut. That makes me think it'll be somewhere between Balaton cherry and Montmorency Cherry. He also just made a post about receiving another 500 pounds of Apricots. I suggest you check out the video.

Some of those apricots will be going into a double fruit stand that will be known as "Casey Family Preserves". Somewhere around 2.5lb per gallon with a Saison base. Should first be released in September.

The Cut is Oak Theory with fruit, Fruit Stands are regular Saison with fruit.

Correct, Cut is the sour base.

Family Preserves is saison base.

Pretty much Fruit Stand with more Fruit.

Cut is about 2.5 - 3lb per gallon in a Sour base.

Fruit Stand is 1 - 1.5lb per gallon in a Saison base

I don't see that happening. Troy seems to enjoy making smaller batches of various fruited and non-fruited beers rather than big batches of just one.
