My guess is somewhere in the 400-450ish range.
I'm thinking around 850 bottles of Montmorency.
90 bottles for members.
Members could buy 3 bottles online before the release.
Troy said there was enough beer for 200+ people at the release (lets call it 250 people).
90+270+500=860
EDIT:
Balaton should be around 300. 90 for members, 90 for online sales to members (1 per), and ~100 at the release (1 per).
Blackberry should be around 200. 90 for members, No online sales, and ~100 at the release (1 per).
This is what I was thinking too, assuming all members maxed out, but who wouldn't?

I also regret your decision.I didn't buy any Cuts although after having the Balaton one, I may severely regret that.
Also, thanks!

they should be trading for zombie dust with those numbers, lol
but I haven't traveled to a release yet? Im hoping in Oct...regular old shelf turdz. all you out of staters might as well stop traveling to the releases![]()

Maybe this round. Me thinks the high bottle count last weekend was solely due to the anniversary party and an expected big ass turnout due to vacationers being in town.Well, it seems the bottle counts are going up for Cuts...so I guess that means no more giving up crazy loons for it.![]()
There was a Facebook post a while back about "large" batches of Apricot Cut. That makes me think it'll be somewhere between Balaton cherry and Montmorency Cherry. He also just made a post about receiving another 500 pounds of Apricots. I suggest you check out the video.
double fruit stand that will be known as "Casey Family Preserves"
How does The Cut fit in, or does that have a different base beer? Some of those apricots will be going into a double fruit stand that will be known as "Casey Family Preserves". Somewhere around 2.5lb per gallon with a Saison base. Should first be released in September.
The Cut is Oak Theory with fruit, Fruit Stands are regular Saison with fruit. How does The Cut fit in, or does that have a different base beer?
I thought I read somewhere that The Cut had more pounds of fruit per gallon than Fruit Stands. Is that not correct? The Cut is Oak Theory with fruit, Fruit Stands are regular Saison with fruit.

I don't see that happening. Troy seems to enjoy making smaller batches of various fruited and non-fruited beers rather than big batches of just one.
