What is the difference between Caramel and Crystal malt? I have a recipe that calls for 20 and 80 Crystal malt but anywhere I look for ingredients local and online, only has Caramel malt in 20 and 80.

Different companies call them different things. Thats why you are seeing caramel rather than crystal.
