Hey guys!! Just finished brewing a coopers Canadian blonde with 500g of muntons light DME and 700g of dextrose. I just took the advice off craigtube for this one. This is my second ever batch, so I'm pretty excited to see how it turns out! My first being a woodefordes wherry which was really excellent.

My SG on this batch was 1.042, which I was happy enough about. Any tips on adding different DME's of adjuncts in general for a beginner would be a great help. Not much of a poster but I'm constantly on reading and I have to thank you all for the knowledge I pick up on here, it's incredible! Cheers guys!

I've brewed that kit several times also following the CraigTube video (500gr DME, 700gr dextrose). I like it a lot and the beer was well received by my brother and his friends who generally drink commercial lagers.
