When I was making extract batches I made this Canadian ale recipe and it was really good. Now that I'm making all grain brews, I was wondering if I can turn this recipe into all grain.

1 Can of pale malt extract
1 kicker can of pale malt extract
1lb rice solids
1 pkg burton water salts

Thanks..

1 lb pale malt = .6 lb DME or .75 lb LME, generally speaking. Rice solids remain rice solids, unless you choose to replace them with Minute Rice or something.

Cheers!
