Can you fill pressure fill into a sanke keg through the dip tube?

I use sanke kegs and usually just pressurize them with CO2 once I hook them up to my kegerator. However I recently got a pressurizable fermenter. My question is, if I pressurize the the fermenter can I fill the keg through the dip tube if I have a adjustable pressure valve on the coupler to let the CO2 built up in the keg escape while filling?

i.e. can you reverse flow liquid through a sanke's dip tube?

Yes if you remove the spring and flow ball out of the out tube on the coupler.

How do you think a brewery does it?

Take the pea and the CO2 check valve out of the coupler (you are running gas and beer in reverse) and fit valves like these: http://www.micromatic.com/draft-keg-beer/fittings-pid-7419-1.html so you can still use that coupler for drawing beer if you like.
