Can this $50 stir plate handle a 5000ml starter?

I am trying to figure out the cheapest way to go on an assembled stirplate. I brew 12 gallon batches so I'd need to be making at least 2000ml starters. I want to order this stir plate along with 5000ml flask so I can handle even large lager starters.

Has anyone purchased this one?
