Oops... "CARB" not "CARD"... I've been in primary for 1 month with an AG brew. It is still ridiculously cloudy. (Partially due to a poor cold break). The recipe is a single malt, 5 gallon batch using Willamette leafs.

I bought some isinglass to use, but then thought, "Will there be enough yeasties to carb in the bottle"? I assume "Yes, but it may take longer" because it's not like I'm sterilizing it. But, I would like it ready in 3 weeks or so after bottling.

Cheers!!!

Your isinglass will not remove all the yeast, only help some of them to clump up and settle out. There will be plenty left to carbonate.
