I am moving from a RIMs BIAB to a full eBIAB single vessel system. I have the PID and the SSR etc. from my RIMs setup. Would the voltage regulator in the following drawing work to control the boil and is there another way I could use one of the alarm relays of the PID to fully open the leg of the circuit?
