Can I Force Carb My Beer With A Coors Homebrew Kit

I have one of the Coor's Homebrew kits, if I replace the CO2 carts and fill it when I do my bottling will this force carb the beer? Is there any way to utilize this setup for homebrewing?

From what I understand u can force carb, but it's not very cost efficient. Takes 4-5 co2 cartridges.
