So I have a muscato from a kit currently, and the instructions told me to degas for about 2 minutes, then to add my chemicals and fining agent and what have you. Just out of curiosity I've been watching some youtube tutorials and hit one on degassing and now everything I'm reading is telling me to do it for 15-20
.....I need to get this wine bottled in the next week or so and I'm wondering if its ok for me to stick my stir rod back in and degas again for real this time? Help would be appreciated since all the wine I've done before hasn't really had a time constraint so has been in the fermenters for a long time (like 6 months)
