Ok, I have a batch fermenting. I started with just unpasturized cider and let it ferment for about 2 weeks. After that I racked to secondary and decided to add some honey to it for more alcohol. I was considering adding some brown sugar to the mix, will this affect anything?
Can I add more sugar after racking?

Well, it'll boost the ABV and take a bit longer to age out. It's completely fermentable, so it'll ferment to dry.
